IMC quality management department role is to ensure all healthcare services provided to patients conform to the highest international standards of healthcare quality and patient safety.

IMC continuously works to improve the quality of its healthcare delivery settings, in order to meet and exceed the healthcare needs of its customers.

International Medical Center is accredited by the Joint Commission International (JCI),also the General Authority for Health Accreditation and Control ,which is a reflection of the international medical standards implementation in terms of: • Maximizing quality and safety of patients. • Increase awareness of Quality concepts for all staff in the hospital. • Leading change through hospital staff education aiming to enhance providing care in an appropriate timely, safe, patient centered, efficient way. • Continuous Assessment of Clinical Performance. • Continuous monitoring through Hospital Surveys: tracers, environmental tours. • Enhancing communication throughout the hospital through Committees. • Development of performance improvement projects for several departments : ( Six Sigma), (PDCA) ,FMEA • Quality indicators for Performance Evaluation of staff (OPPE) • Assessment of Utilization. • Medical Records Review.
